It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the verses on the subject, just sufficient for you to know where to begin.

*To reconcile sinners to God 2 Corinthians 5:17-21

Opening the door to Grace by the Cross
*Sin is a transgression of God’s law it creates separation from God and deserves punishment I John 3:4; Isaiah 59: Romans 6:23
*Receiving grace and mercy are therefore essential Ephesians 2:1-22
